change profile picture for a group of hosts

Hi

We changed our company logo and I want to change the profile pictures of our hosts to the new logo, so when they turned off their camera the new logo will appear.

I can't find in the settings how to do that in the web portal.

As far as I know there is no way to change it with group settings. But if you are an admin with proper permissions, you can go to User management > Users and click on each user name to enter their profiles and change it manually for them.

    I've looked here and there isn't an option to change even manually each user.

    Very strange.

    What user role is assigned to you?
    I guess that you cannot do it because you don't have enough permissions.

     

    You should have a look at User management > Roles, and then have a look at "User and Permission Management" section in your role.

    I'm an admin with all available permission assigned and I can edit settings for each and every user.
