Zoom doesn't use MY PROFILE on my PC to enter a Zoom meeting.

I have a Zoom ID.  But when I try entering a Zoom meeting, Zoom asks for my FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, and EMAIL. 

 

How come Zoom doesn't use my Zoom ID from MY PROFILE on my PC to enter the Zoom meeting?

Hi @marko12345 and welcome to the Zoom Community! I'm sorry to hear that your already existing profile settings aren't being recognized. This usually happens if you are not signed into Zoom when trying to enter a meeting. @Ohkawa gives a great overview of how to ensure your display name is appearing correctly when you join a meeting in this community post.
