Zoom asking for a passcode on a business account

When trying to open a zoom meeting im being asked for a passcode, we have never had this before and we dont receive a passcode by email

How can we find out this passcode

Hi,

When you create a meeting, you choose to have a passcode, the waiting room, or both for that meeting. Check with whoever created the meeting.
