SSO rerouting to safari and it’s time out. I tried same thing with my iPhone 11 it’s working alright.
then I tried to login in browser then I start the meeting and it me to zoom app and it’s waiting state. After some time it got Error Code:- 5003.
Can we address this issue

Hey @Pream1997 welcome to the community! I see you're running macOS and having issues connecting to Zoom servers.
First, could you attempt to uninstall then re-install? From menu zoom.us → Uninstall
To reinstall Zoom go to https://zoom.us/download -> "Download"
Also suggest, checking out these threads with Accepted Solutions to see if they're able to resolve your error:

I don’t have an answer, but your respone is bad. Clearly states twice that they’re using an iPhone, and your response is about macOS.
