Hi

I want to use the virtual background without a green screen.  I think I meet the requirements, but it doesn’t seem to work for me.

I have a MacBook Air - 13inch 2017

Processor 1.8 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5

Memory 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

GRaphics Intel HD Graphics 6000 1536 MB

Does anyone know if this meets the requirements or not. If yes, how can I get it to work?

thanks!

Hi @Nattyj6, let's figure out what's going on! Have you seen this article here? --> https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/210707503-Changing-your-Virtual-Background-image

    Hi Bri

i have followed the points on the video and it still doesn’t work.

my backdrop is plain white and I just blur into the background image.
I have tried with a darker backdrop and one with objects in the background and it still doesn’t work.

I have this same issue. My MacBook system:

    Mac OS 11.6

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015

    Processor

    2.7 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5

Do not have the option for virtual background without a green screen, and do not have Blur option. Have read all the help files. Signed out of desktop app and back in again after making sure Enable Virtual Backgrounds was checked in my settings. Don't know where to go from here, except to purchase a green screen. Any help?
