Virtual Background - Requirements

I can't put virtual background nor blur. I am not sure if I meet the system requirements. These are the following:

Processor :1.6 GHz Intel Core i5

Memory: 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 6000 1536 MB

 

Kindly, could anyone tell me should I meet the system req?

    Requirement for virtual backgrounds vary by OS as well as if you are using a physical green screen or not.

    The ability to use background blur and background removal depends on your computer's processor. Please check it here: Zoom Virtual Background system requirements. You can use a green screen to accomplish this. Additionally, for the cleanest results, use a solid color in the background.
