Sharing iPad(iPhone) to MacBook option not available on iPad

Hey there,

I've been using Zoom on Mac for years and share my iPad notes regularly via a wireless connection.  Earlier this week, after such a share, I went to reconnect the iPad screen and the iPad no longer showed the zoom sharing option to accept (Doesn't show on iPhone either leading me to suspect a Zoom setting/issue). The regular airplay options are listed, just not Zoom. Airplay works, as does a wired connection. I may have been distracted and 'cancelled' a pop up when I initiated the screen share on the Mac, I'm not sure. I've deleted and reinstalled the program on the Mac. I've walked through what I know are Zoom screen sharing options and they work, just not the iPad. Seems as if the IOS devices aren't receiving the sharing request from the Mac's Zoom program.

Any thoughts or directions?

On the Mac did you select share > advanced > iPad then make the prompted selection on the iPad? Is your iPad and Mac on the same LAN?

Previously yes, as that is the normal process although now, as per the original post: "the iPad no longer showed the zoom sharing option to accept". All other Airplay options are displayed via the control centre. There is only one network.

Previously, yes as that is the normal process. The issue is that the prompt you refer to is no longer an option on either of the IOS devices I have. As per the original post: "the iPad no longer showed the zoom sharing option to accept". All other Airplay options are available and there is only one network.
