Can the audio transcription generated for a recording file be converted to other languages, and while the host can see it individually, can this recording file be shared with others?
When the link is shared with others, the audio transcription disappears, and the person it's shared with can only see the transcription in the original language which is unreadable for them.
In Cloud Recording settings, check “Create audio transcripts” to record transcripts. If the host has a translation subtitle license, a language change icon will appear on the right side of the subtitle window, allowing you to convert languages from there.The first conversion takes quite a while, but subsequent times will display the converted file immediately.
I was able to display the "audio transcription" in other languages using the translation subtitle license!
However, my ultimate goal is to "share this displayed transcription screen in other languages with others." When I shared this page with others using the "share link," the audio transcription was not shared as shown in the previous attachment, and only the original language subtitles appeared, so I couldn't achieve the ultimate goal yet.
I was able to accomplish my purpose by using PC screen capture software to record the audio transcription screen in other languages and share that file, but I wondered if everything could be seamlessly done within Zoom, so I asked the community.
