Request failed while getting zaktoken in production.

In production while requesting api : https://api.zoom.us/v2/users/{userId}/token?type=zak it throw the error : Request failed with status code Forbidden. I have done test on local and postman api is returning token.

    We are also facing this issue on production

    When calling endpoint

    https://zoom.us/oauth/token?grant_type=account_credentials&account_id=id_here to generate oauth token. In response, we get:

    error code: 1020

    This is still an open issue at zoom, other devs also reported here https://community.zoom.com/t5/Meetings/Access-Denied-Error-Code-1020/m-p/83395#M45407

    No, its still active issue.

    If you don't mind, can you tell me which product do you have which uses zoom api?
    Where that product is hosted, infrastructure details ?

    It is hosted on aws elasticbeanstalk.
