Remove old account from Zoom client

I'm using the Zoom client app on macOS and I have two valid Zoom accounts; one I use for an organization and the other is my personal free one.  The latter used to be linked to a different Email address which I've since deleted, but when in the Zoom app and when I click on my account icon in the upper right hand corner and select the "Switch account" option, I see three accounts ... the two valid ones and a 3rd for the now nonexistent Email address.

There's not a Zoom account for the invalid address because I changed the Email address for my person account to the now good one, so I have no way to log into Zoom with the old address to delete the account. I'm just looking for a way to remove that from showing up in the client app.

Hello @GoPackx2,

Welcome to the Zoom Community! We're glad to have you here.

If you're unable to log in to the account you wish to remove, you may need to perform a clean uninstall of the Zoom desktop app and reinstall it. To perform a clean uninstall of Zoom on a Mac, you can use the ZoomVDIUninstaller application. You can locate this application by navigating to /Applications/ZoomVDIUninstaller.app and double-clicking the file. Alternatively, you can run the following command in Terminal: sudo /Applications/ZoomVDIUninstaller.app/Contents/MacOS/ZoomVDIUninstaller --silent. This will remove Zoom completely from your Mac, including any configuration files and locally saved Zoom app settings. Just make sure to follow the steps carefully to ensure a thorough uninstallation process.

Let us know if this helps or if you need further assistance.

Thanks for the response. I was thinking that might be what's needed but was hoping for a less aggressive solution, perhaps maybe that the accounts are stored in some text file which I could edit.

I assume all my scheduled meetings are associated with my Zoom account and an uninstall/reinstall will bring them all back once I log back into the client, correct?

To close this out, just wanted to confirm that uninstalling/reinstalling the Zoom client did remove the now nonexistent account from the list.  However, I couldn't find the ZoomVDIUninstaller.app anywhere on the system but was able to use the uninstall option in the client app itself to get rid of it.
