On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Recording missing sound for one participant

I recorded a meeting today, but when I downloaded the files and listened to the meeting, one of the participants has no sound.  Anyone else speaking can be heard except for one person.  Is there any way to recover the audio for this particular participant? Is there anyway to determine if this was on my end or the participant's end?  Also, is there any settings I should check to ensure this doesn't happen again?  Thanks.

You are not the only person who has this bug. Here is similar report about 2 participants. Looks like Zoom fails to work properly for selected users.  I'm kicked from almost any conference with fake network problem if I use Windows. And I'm not if I use Linux or if the host uses Linux. Same happens with few my co-workers but others did not notice any problems. It happens for about a week.
