PARTICIPANT EMAIL REMINDER SETTINGS

Why can I net set up participant email reminders using the Meeting portal. I asked my administrator and he couldn't find that option. PLEASE HELP.

    @Wyen-edj , email reminders can be set when you are creating the meeting itself. If meeting is already in the calendar, then you can just edit that meeting and set the Reminder Notification to be sent on specified time before the meeting(i.e 15 or 30 mins before the meeting). You also have an option to just set notification reminder or email reminder.

    Thank you for replying, but I would like to be to set up reminder to go out to the participants who have registered from the Meeting portal. 

    Webinar portal has that feature.

    hi @Wyen-edj there is a Zoom Marketplace app called Salepager.com that let's you automatically send reminders to meetings participants for meetings with registration similar to how you would for webinars.

    Unfortunately, meeting does not have that feature now. However, that is a good feature and Community is not tracking that, the avenue for that would be a feature request. You may submit a feature request here - https://zoom.us/feed/
