Check your spam/trash folder. Try resending the code. Clear your browser's cache/cookies, then try to register an account again. If you have a VPN service running, turn it off as it may cause latency issues or delay of the verification code
I'm not saying this applies to you, but if you are sharing a Zoom account amongst a few people the email goes to the licensed account holder email address.

I am having the same issue. I am logging in to a different work computer. I verified my login information online and signed in earlier and now I'm not receiving codes to my work email. Just that I need to sign in over and over. I click on like to signin and I just get the user profile account on Zoom.us.
