No camera icon

Wondering if anyone can help. When I start or join a meeting, I have no camera option available. Does anyone know how to resolve that? I access Zoom via Citrix.

Hi @johnhowkins,
Can you try uninstalling Zoom, rebooting your device, and then reinstalling the latest version of Zoom? Please also provide us with the device type you are currently on.

If you are using the VDI version of Zoom I would recommend contacting your IT administrator for assistance.
