Hi,

When I login to zoom using my google account , it return an error code to me ,"1044".

How can I solve this problem?

Hi @CongFeng, with error 1044 is related to a free user account basis with a location of being in China, You will need to go through one of our partners in China https://zoom.com.cn/en-us/oempartners.html

i also facing same issue failed to login error code 1044

Hi @sumair_ali @CongFeng @zarmeena for further assistance on error code 1044, submit a request to Zoom Support for troubleshooting assistance. Please provide the following:

What operating system you are using
What you were doing when you received this error
Meeting ID, if in a meeting or trying to join/start a meeting

you should reinstall a zoom app from the US ZOOM web site. and make sure you use VPN when logining.
