How to create free webinar meeting on zoom

Zoom offers free meetings, but does not offer free Webinars. Please review their packages listed here https://zoom.us/pricing#personal

Start a webinar from the mobile app
Sign in to the Zoom mobile app.
Tap the Meetings tab.
Find and tap the webinar that you want to start.
Tap Start.
