How to Remove "ZOOM" Watermark in Livestream

This doesn't really answer the question.

According to the article:

Prerequisites for adding a live streaming watermark

  • Business, Enterprise, or Education account
  • Approved Vanity URL
  • Account Owner or Admin permissions to configure

 

What if you don't have this level of account?  Is there a way to remove this zoom logo from a live stream on just a basic / Pro plan?

 

I'm just not finding a clear answer that says, "You can NOT remove this watermark."

I'm also finding people asking for this to be possible.  I also would love for this to be something that is turned off.  Especially for ANY level of paid service!

Hi there, facing the same issue here. Is there a way to remove "ZOOM" Watermark in Livestream with a pro account? I would prefer having no watermarks at all, not zoom not company ones. Thanks!

Hello again, everyone.

 

Zoom’s documentation on this is pretty clear:

  • There will be a Zoom watermark on Livestreams by default.
  • If you meet the criteria in the referenced Zoom Support article on how to replace it, you can do so following the steps provided.
  • If you don’t meet the criteria, you can’t change it.

I can’t help you work around those constraints. I’m just a Zoom customer like you!

Hi Ray, 

Have branding, however know how to get rid of the trailing message "Powered by Zoom"(text) which goes underneath your company logo?

All the other info above is correct folks. You have to meet those criteria and a lot requests and wait time before you can see that change.

Hello Ray_Harwood, my 3rd party supplier has an 'enterprise' account with zoom, however they claim that in order for them to remove the watermark there is a minimum of 10 seats required and they only have the one seat (a.i. one administrator of the account), which apparently is not enough for this feature to be enabled. Do you know if this is a true statement, or where could I find out how many seats are required for this to be possible?

It is highly unlikely that an organization with an enterprise account would only have one licensed user. If there’s only one licensed user, it should be a Pro account.

 

See this Zoom Support article for information on how to replace the Zoom logo with your own organization logo, but not that the text “Powered by Zoom” will still be overlaid.
