How do I retrieve a meeting I forgot to record?

Can I access the recordings for a meeting that was set for recording prior but unfortunately I was using zoom mobile app and can't get the recording

My cohost recorded our meeting on their Mac. He cannot find the recording now. How do we retrieve the record?

I'm not sure how it works on a Mac as I'm on a PC... You might try this...

In my settings I can choose where my local recordings are saved to... check there. 

If they saved it to the cloud they'd want to check here...
