Create a ballot using Polling

Has anyone used the Polling option to create a ballot for voting?  If so, has does the Rankiing option work?

Yes the rank option work - 

When setting up a poll, the host can choose to enable the ranking option for a particular question.

Participants can then drag and drop the options to rank them according to their preference
