Camera is not recognized after I turned it off

Hello! I have this problem:

When I'm in a reunion, I turned off the camera, but when I want to turn it on, it says that Zoom cannot recognize the camera, and I notice that it also fails in the camera app of my computer and it doesn't recognize it. I don't know waht could be, I uninstalled Zoom, the drivers of my camera and the problem continues. Does somebody has that problem?

Yes.  I also have this problem.  I have tried every fix I can find but nothing works.
