How do I create multiple breakout rooms for only some people and have a group stay behind with the host in the main room?

If people don't click 'join room', they will stay in the main breakout room. Alternatively, if the people who you want to stay behind are made co-hosts, you can untick the box when creating breakout rooms & have them not allocated to those rooms.
