Blur mode missing

I tried plenty of times to turn off and turn on the camera and tried to uninstall or install zoom but no success and even zoom team is not relying on it this is very disgusting that we all are having an issue in our meetings and a whole company of a bunch of people is not trying to resolve it.

Below are a couple of support links that might help you. Please note, virtual backgrounds including blurred background needs to be enabled in the zoom portal under your personal settings.
