Bluetooth microphone

We purchased a an All in one Conference room video camera system bundle HD 1080P 60fps 3x optical Zoom USB3.0 HDMI PTZ Camera and Bluetooth Conference Speakerphone with microphone for our Fire Omni TV so we can use Zoom Workplace in our large conference room.

We can't get the bluetooth speaker to be recognized in the Zoom settings. It is not listed even though paired with the TV. It shows in the TV settings under bluetooth devices.

We really need to microphone to work instead of using the TV microphone. Can anyone advise?

When launching Zoom it also automatically switched from the bluetooth speaker to the TV speakers.
