Audio advanced sharing

There is some problem with my audio in group calls, sometimes I can share my "computer sound" on advanced options without any problem, but other times the sound comes in and out, low volume, or doesn't come out at all.

 

In the beginning, I thought it was an issue of a conflict with my external microphone, but even when I used a wireless headset (audio + mic) I had the same issue. I never know if it will work or not.

 

This has been a real struggle, I giving classes to these people and sometimes I have to re-record the class because of the glitches with the music.

My microphone works perfectly, the issue is when I try to share background music (Spotify via advanced sharing).
I have tried to change the speaker output both in Windows and in Zoom settings, but it doesn't solve it.

Note: neither I nor the participants can hear the music.
I already updated zoom and cleaned the cache.
