Hi meshkateducatio,

If you are looking for the JWT credentials to use the APIs, you should go to https://marketplace.zoom.us

In the top right corner, Sign in with an admin account:

Go to to the "Develop" dropdown list on the top right corner and click "Build App":

Click "Agree" in the disclaimer and click in the blue link "Create" under the JWT section:

Now, just fill the fields with your information and in the "App credentials" section you will have your API Secret and Key.

If you have purchased the room connector license, the zoom admin needs to login and add the API connector. If your license is valid, it will automatically add the key and copy it to your clipboard. If that is your question.
