Yes — you can see who attended a meeting in Zoom (and when they joined/left) — but it doesn’t show in the “Meeting Summary” email itself by default. You’ll need to pull the attendance/usage report. Here’s how and what to check, given your setup and needs.

Log in to you Zoom web portal account

  • Go to the “Usage Reports” / “Meeting and Webinar History” report shows the list of participants for a given meeting: names, email (if user signed in), join time, leave time, duration.

  • You can export the list as CSV for further processing.

Once the meeting summary is generated, by default it will be only sent to the host of the meeting, you may edit and manually add the attendance report in the summary before you share it.

I hope this work around will work for you.

Cheers.

I used to be able to access the report for attendees but something with Zoom has changed and looks completely different now. The email I receive after the meeting has ended now says, “ View Meeting Summary.” It of course go straight to the meeting summary and I can’t locate the reports as I used to find. What happened, and how can I access the list of attendees now.

You’re right Zoom’s default meeting summary doesn’t always show the full list of attendees in a convenient way. One option is to download the “Attendee Report” from the Reports section under Admin → Account Management → Reports → Meetings. That report usually includes names, join/leave times, and email addresses.

If anyone knows a simpler way to include attendees directly in the meeting summary without exporting a separate report, that would be really helpful!
