Remote Control will not work after it was approved

Hello, I was in a meeting with my professor and he requested remote control. I approved it but he still could not control my computer. Please help with pionting me in the right direction to get this fixed.

    Hey @Pedmo are you using Mac or Windows? For Mac OSX, you will need to give Zoom access in the Accessibility tab in the Privacy and Security preferences of your Mac. For more information on giving Zoom access in Security and Privacy, click here. Also, ensure you both have settings enabled listed in the KB Requesting or giving remote control
