Participants can't join breakout rooms

Hello! My participants are joining Zoom using Chromebooks (Chrome OS) and are unable to find the breakout room icon. What can I do to solve this issue?

Am I understanding correctly that only those on a chromebook are having issues locating the breakout rooms button?
