Copy of a recording for a lawsuit if I was not the host

Hello,

I would like to know if my attorney can request a copy of a meeting I attended with my employer for legal action? The zoom meeting took place less than 30days ago. What would be the protocol my attorney would need to request a copy? Only the host & I were participants and the host will not turn over to a copy because it presents incriminating evidence.

Thank you!

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @Westcoast74.

Please see this Zoom web page from their Trust and Safety division:

https://explore.zoom.us/en/trust/government-requests-guide/

Just my personal opinion from reading parts if it: It seems unlikely Zoom would respond to a request from your attorney, but if a court made the request, it appears they will respond.

My recommendation: Act quickly.

Good luck!
