Can't download cloud recordings

I can see the recordings listed, which appear to be empty, and I cannot download them. When I share them, they arrive empty and therefore there is nothing to download.

 

It states that I haven't used any of my 5GB storage. I have a paid pro account and an iMac desktop.

 

Can anyone help please?

Sorry for the delay in getting to your question. Unfortunately there’s no much here to go on, and the fact that your recordings seem to be “empty” makes me think that the recording button was never activated. 

Have you tried Cloud Recording again, with consistent results of “empty” recordings?

Dear Ray, 

 
Thank you very much for getting back to me.
 
It suddenly came to me this morning that perhaps it was something in the settings and it was! 
 
Under 'Cloud Recording' in settings 'Record active speaker with shared screen’ was un-ticked so it wasn’t recording properly despite being listed as a recording. 
 
I’ve attached a couple of screenshots, so if anyone else has the same problem, they can see what I mean.
