CONVERTING A RECORDED MT ISN'T WORKING

A WINDOW SAYS IT IS 'CONVERTING MEETING RECORDING'.  Nothing's happening.

Hey @Genie7, check out our KB article on Troubleshooting failed conversion of local recordings this may help you get your local recording converted.

 

Also, just wanted to remind you that local recordings can be found in the Zoom desktop client, under 'meetings' > 'recorded' and you will see the local recording from there.

 

You can also go to zoom.us/recording to see all cloud recordings if available or the path for local recordings. Hope this helps!

Thanks RN,

I did get to the recordings replay but I need to have them transcribed as they are minutes for a non-profit.  How do I do this?
