No filters for you!!!

I have a brand new computer with an excellent video card. When I go to "filters" the only option I have is NONE. Why would that be? I have the latest version of Zoom but the "Zoom Natzi" is saying "no filters for You"!

Please ensure you have Filters turned on in your account settings. Settings>>Meetings>>In Meeting Advanced>>Filters. If you are unable to change the toggle then your account admin has turned them off and locked the setting.

Yes, so i have Filters turned on in my account settings but when i am in any meeting the only option i have under background & filters >> video filters >> is None
