On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Zoom using wrong email

I just renewed my subscription via Paypal. No probelms there.  Zoom then sent the 'confirmation of payment processed' email to my old email address.

I have upadted to my new address in my Zoom profile, and in Paypal so why did this email go to the old email address and how do I stop it happening again?

Thanks for trying to help but you have misunderstood the issue. I can access my Zoom account fine and in my profile my current email adress shows correctly

The issue is that despite this Zoom is still sending some billing emails to my old email address. I want zoom to stop doing that and use the address in my profile
