Romania - invoices to be uploaded to SPV (e-Factura, ANAF)

Hi everyone,

I noticed that Zoom is not uploading the invoices to our national Finance System (ANAF), in the SPV portal. This is something we cannot do ourselves, the company that emits the invoice needs to do it, starting with 2024. This is impacting my deductibles and by bottom line, so my tax percentage.

Fellow Romanians, has this happened for you too? How did you solve it?

Other users, can you help me find an email address that works or a way to talk to an actual person from Zoom? The Chatbot is useless here.

Thank you,

Stefana

Hi! This information should be on your signed quote. If you signed up directly online and have auto-pay enabled, due upon receipt, then unfortunately Zoom will not be able to manually upload your invoices into your national Finance System (ANAF), in the SPV portal.

My advice in that case would be to submit a request to our Billing team

Hello @stef_ana!

Welcome to Zoom Community! I know that portal invoicing is a very manual process on Zoom's end and that requests to set this up are generally no longer accepted. Few exceptions are considered based on certain criteria though. I recommend discussing this with your Account Executive to see if it's something that can be accommodated.

You may also contact Zoom Billing directly if you have questions regarding your Zoom account. They can provide personalized assistance and address your specific concerns.

Cheers!

Hi, thank you for the guidance.

How can I find out who my Account Executive is?

Thank you,

Stefana
