Lost 2FA Recovery Codes and Locked Out of Basic Zoom Account

I have an urgent problem with my Zoom account. I enabled two-factor authentication, but I lost my recovery codes. Now I can't log in because the app is asking for the code. I have a basic account and I don't know how to contact technical support. Can anyone help me recover access to my account?

After reaching out to both Billing and Account and Tech Support multiple times I finally learned that there is a "Trust & Safety" team that can reset the 2FA and send you a password reset e-mail so you can get back in.  Unfortunately, there is no direct way to reach this team so you have to start with Billing and Accounts and ask them to send you a link to enable you to open a ticket with the Trust & Safety team to reset 2FA.  Good luck!

This only works with a paid account. 😢
