Account hacked and payment taken

My account was hacked and zoom took £575 out of my account over 3 weeks ago. They are being really unhelpful on phone and email about returning the money and I seem to be no closer to any kind of resolution. (Posting via a friends account as I can’t even access mine after it was hacked) has anyone experienced similar?

I’ve been in discussions with zoom for over two weeks and all they say is it is being looked at with no updates. Anyone who has payment details stored on their zoom account should remove them unless you can afford for hundreds of pounds to be taken from your account and still be chasing a refund three weeks later! I’ve rang three times and emailed about ten times
