🪧 Editor

• Floating toolbar

  Select an element on the canvas to quickly access commonly used actions from the new floating toolbar. You can also turn it on or off anytime to switch between toolbar modes.

  

• Sync with Zoom Sheets

  Insert a linked table or chart directly from Zoom Sheets. When the source data changes in Sheets, you can refresh it in Slides to keep your presentation up to date.

  

• Customize bullets and numbering

  You can now select bullets or numbers independently to change their color or choose from different styles.

• Animations

  Add animations to individual elements and control how they appear during your presentation, including their trigger, timing, and order.

• Embed YouTube videos

  Paste a YouTube link onto the slide canvas to embed and play the video directly in your presentation.

  Upload MP3 or WAV audio files to your slides. Choose whether they play automatically or on click, adjust presentation volume, enable looping, hide the audio icon, and more.

  Use the new ruler to position and align content more precisely on your slides.

• Presentation timer

  A timer is now available in Presenter View to help you keep track of time while presenting.

• Speaker notes in a separate window

  Pop out speaker notes into a separate window for a more flexible presenting setup.

• Independent browsing during meetings

  Audience members in a Zoom Meeting can request to browse the presentation independently. Once approved, they can move between slides at their own pace without having to follow the presenter’s current slide.
