Scheduler

 Hi: I want to test if Scheduler could be a good solution for this activity - or if there's a better way.I will run six workshops in Zoom (scheduled via Outlook) next year. I want to send a communication to about 300 people from a range of organisations inviting them to sign up for any or all of these sessions. Probably be able to accommodate up to 200 people per session.Is it possible to use Scheduler to have them sign up for the workshops, and get an invitation sent to them, AND have them added to our Outlook appointment attendees (so we know who they are)?If so... how?!If not, is there another product or feature that would enable this?

I'm new to Zoom Scheduler and am setting up a "One to Many" Booking page for our shared calendar in MS Outlook, which is managed by four team members. Here's the scenario: I'm using Zoom Scheduler to coordinate up to four Zoom appointments simultaneously. However, when I attempt to adjust a specific day to reflect that only three team members are available, I can’t modify the shared Outlook calendar to “divide” the day among the four people. Essentially, I need to mark one person as “busy” or “out of office” without restricting the other three from being booked. We’ve followed Microsoft’s guidance (see below) to prevent conflicts, but we’re still encountering the same limitation. Guidance from Microsoft: Microsoft suggests adjusting the shared calendar settings to allow multiple concurrent bookings. Steps include accessing the Exchange Admin Center, navigating to the relevant shared calendar, and enabling conflicting meeting requests to permit up to four overlapping bookings. Howev

Does Scheduler not send the Zoom meeting invitation to the person booking the meeting?  I as the host get the meeting invitation, but my guess who booked through Schedule never received the meeting invitation or an email. 

With Exchange SE set to come out 2025. Does Zoom have any plans to support this on prem solution? 

Hello,I have a problem with creating booking page "Any Host Available". I have added second host, but next to host's name there is yellow exclamation mark with the description: "Unable to access this calendar so attendees can't book this schedule". Contact the host to reauthorize the account or remove the host." My invited host has synchronized and shared his calendar. I have basic license with Zoom Scheduler. Same license has my invited host.Can you help me? 

We've recently migrated away from a similar calendar scheduling application and are delighted to see the range of functionality in Zoom scheduler.One missing function we were hoping for is the ability to pre-fill invitation links e.g. to invite a client/customer to a scheduled call via an automation and have their name, organisation, email etc pre-filledThere are parameters it seems appended to any re-direct URL e.g. ?bookerDisplayName= and this would be exactly what we'd be looking for across all possible input fields.

I cannot figure out how to block out certain times each week without setting a new schedule so that my link to schedule a meeting reflects other time commitments that do not have a zoom meeting created. Any idea how to do this?

Hello, hoping someone could assist me with 2 questions I have when using Scheduler.1. Is there an option to restrict available slots for a certain number of days prior to someone booking a meeting with the host? For example, if someone wants to book a meeting today, they will only see available slots x days out. Creating somewhat of a buffer time for the host.2. Is there a way to restrict a specific period in time? For example, you've set your availability M-F 9-5pm but would like to restrict specified days for vacation etc.

I am attempting to create a team for Zoom Scheduler similar to the setup of a tutoring center, like EAB Navigate, where there are several groups (e.g., Math Center, English Center, etc.), and each subject has hosts with their availabilities. Unfortunately, it seems this isn't fully possible right now. The only way I’ve found is to create individual cards and assign them as hosts. However, there’s no way to pull all available time slots into one main group view. As a result, anyone looking for help would have to click through each card to find an available time slot. Does anyone have a hack or workaround to make this more user-friendly?

We are using Zoom Scheduler to book advising sessions with prospective customers. I generally will be hosting the meetings but would like to include an alternate host for dates where I will be out of office. Is there a way to change the host for a booking page for a group of dates without having to change the scheduling link (we have our link published in emails and on our website).

Hello, We just recently started looking into Zoom Scheduler and I was wondering if anyone has found a way to make a booking that has multiple hosts and multiple attendee seats. I've seen the One to Many with the seats and the All Hosts Available, but that only has one seat. These are in person meetings, so won't be using Zoom, but would like for it to assign to the 2 hosts attached to the booking, but allow multiple people to sign up. I have an idea for a workaround, but wasn't sure if maybe I was missing a step somewhere.

It would make the life of many of us who schedule other folks meetings so much easier if we could: hit a toggle or select a drop down option for their hosting status (and to remove ourselves)make changes to this designation after an invite has been sent outschedule a meeting for others without it ever being on our calendar or making Zoom unavailable for our use  

When I try to arrange a meeting through the application on my computer, it shows me that the host of the meeting is not the visitor from which I am connected to the application.

I've had two instances where my scheduled appointments were cancelled, but they still show as busy when others try to book an appointment with me. This is becoming a problem. How can I fix this and what might be causing it? The opening

I get invites for Zoom meetings from other account holders. How do I add them to my scheduled meetings?

In the scheduler feature, in notifications, I'm creating a custom email, And where I want a new line, but not a gap, I insert a soft return.The preview of the email before saving is showing the layout with soft-returns correctly. But after I hit "save changes", the preview removes all the soft-returns so all the text appears on one line.Then when I edit it's the same poor layout as the preview. This feels very buggy and obviously a poor experience. Can anyone replicate, and how do I get hold of support to fix it?

I'm not sure why ZOOM keeps screwing with the scheduler, but when they push an update I bite my nails because they have been screwing up the scheduling feature over and over for the past two years.As of today's pushed update they, once again, made it impossible to enter a custom START and END time. (IE: START at 6:05 PM and end at 7:20 PM) You can TYPE in the custom time but ENTER does nothing.For me and, I'm sure, many others, this renders the scheduler useless.I can't properly schedule my many meetings. The dropdown options, in quarter hours, are not acceptable for my meeting schedules. I have created a booking page (and re-created it several times).  What I want to do: offer 2-hour time slots on select days across two weeks. This is a one to many schedule setup. When I view the finished booking page, there is one day/date when the time slot repeats twice. For example: the 11 am sign-up slot is repeated a second time on the same day.  I've tried seemingly everything but none of my attempts to fix this are working. Is there a bug?

Around 2 weeks ago, seemingly without administrative changes, the TV stopped showing the upcoming meetings. The controller shows the upcoming list and is working and the TV works, but the schedule of upcoming meetings does not show on the TV. Anyone else seeing this?

Since Monday 9/16 everytime I try to schedule a meeting with a specific meeting name I get an error "zoom Request failed with status code 401" Tried the chatbot but they were useless and very frustrating that I was directed to the Community to solve my problem given I pay for this service. Not sure its worth paying for if I cannot get this solved ASAP!  Any insight on how to fix would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! 

I have meetings that must start at, e.g. 3:15; 21:15; -- but system won't accept. It keeps saving at a "rounded" time e.g. 3:00pm, 21:00. How to get it store/identify the more precise/accurate actual meeting times (not "rounded" times)? Help. Thank you.

I've got a Scheduler event set for 75 minutes. In a competing product, my available times might look like this: 10am1015am1030am1045am11am1115am1130am The user can then select exactly what time they want, and the scheduler will block 75 minutes from their selected start time. In Zoom scheduler, the available times INCLUDE the 75 minute block time already built in, meaning I get availability like this: 9am1015am1130am1245pm2pm315pm Is it possible to offer every-15 increments like the competing product, so the user can select the start time, and Zoom can block starting from then, rather than blocking BEFORE the client books? Thanks.
