ZR version 6.6 seems to break HDMI Sharing using a Crestron UC Engine

Hey All,

After upgrading to ZR version 6.6 it looks like HDMI content isnt able to be shared into Zoom via the Crestron HDMI Converter on a UC Engine. Since min version was just enforced, I can no longer downgrade to a 6.5.x version.  Has anyone else see this?

thanks

Yeah, I’ve noticed the same issue after moving to 6.6 HDMI sharing just stopped working through the Crestron setup. It seems like a compatibility problem with the new build. Hopefully Zoom or Crestron pushes a quick patch for this soon.

Hello @nicksieracki and @lunarBeacon100,

Welcome to the Zoom Community! We're glad to have you here.

Were you able to install a full log package?

When you begin screen sharing, does the Zoom Room freeze and display a spinning icon? When the Zoom Room reconnects and you attempt to share again, does the issue repeat?

To us, it doesn't seem to attempt to trigger a USB sync handshake.
