(ZoomGov) Dashboard: Export Rooms to CSV File

Good morning Zoom Community,

 

I am trying to export the list of Zoom Rooms from the Dashboard Export to CSV function. The Dashboard shows over 300 rooms. When exporting to CSV, it creates an empty file (except for the header row).

 

Where should I start looking? Any special Role assignment is required to export the rooms?

    Hi Dan,

        Make sure you're not in an empty location in the Location Directory. If you can see the full list of rooms in the admin portal then you should be able to export the full list to csv.
