If I have a business with multiple lots, but they wanted to set up one of their lots with some form of a virtual receptionist  at a Windows computer that a potential client can interact with in order to receive assistance from an employee at another location. Is it possible to set something up where the potential client can call a number of another location and they activate the video conferencing side on their part that automatically displays on the potential customers end that will display the employee assisting them and the computers screens so both employee and client can both follow along. Does Zoom have a service that can handle this?

Have you looked into Virtual Receptionist for Zoom? This should be configurable enough to handle what you're describing.

Yes, this is definitely possible. Zoom offers solutions that can support a virtual receptionist setup through Zoom Rooms Kiosk Mode and Virtual Receptionist features. A customer can interact with a touch-screen Windows device or kiosk, initiate a call to a remote employee, and receive live video assistance. The employee can also share their screen to guide the visitor through forms, applications, or other processes in real time. For more advanced workflows, Zoom Contact Center can be integrated to route visitors directly to the appropriate staff member. This type of setup is commonly used for reception desks, customer service counters, help desks, and remote office support.
