Zoom Single App Mode Configuration Profile "Not Applicable"

Hi Everyone.

I'm trying to use autonomous single app mode. I followed the instructions below:

The profile shows as not applicable. The device is supervised and appears to be functioning normally. 

Any help would be appreciated.
