Zoom Rooms not Syncing for a user

We set up some zoom rooms with temporary names, those names are stored in a users "Rooms" in Outlook.

The names have been updated but do not show in the users Outlook (2016), though they do show as updated in mine.

Is there a way to force a sync on that users computer?
