Is Zoom Rooms a service you have to have as part of the pro membership? We have 2 users/admins and do not split anything into separate rooms for small group discussion. Is that what Zoom Rooms is for? We tutor one on one and sometimes use the whiteboard and do share our screen, etc. a lot.
Does it cost extra?
If it is not a necessary part of the account in our case, is there a way to delete Zoom Rooms?

All addons have to allocated to a user account with a pro, bus or corporate licence.
You can delete the zoom rooms apps.
Although Zoom rooms tries to turn the computer into a dedicated device, you can exit the zoom room app and run other apps.
I have a mac mini as a zoom rooms device, but I can exit zoom rooms and use standard zoom or other apps afterwards.
Zoom rooms was built for conference rooms and similar to give them a dedicated Zoom device which could be a auto receptionist or conference system.
