Zoom Room Audio Issue with Google Meets

Hello.

I have an issue with 2 zoom rooms out of 2.

During a Zoom Call everything works fine.

During a call using Google Meets:

- participants can hear me
- I can't hear participants: no audio comes out of the speaker, i can't hear anyone connected from their homes.

I reinstalled the software, executed as admin, updated/upgraded iPads and Windows softwares, checked the devices one by one, everything is in order.

I can't figure out why during a Google Meets call the zoom room won't make me hear audio.

Anyone has any hint?

I have the same issue

Sometimes we can't also hear participants in the room

I downgraded on version zoom Rooms.5.15.7 and it solves my issue
I think it's a bug introduces in the 5.17 (reproducted on my side on 5.17.1 and 5.17.5)

Same issue here with 5.17.5 and 5.17.6 with Teams Integration, we cant hear online participants. However downgrading to 5.16.10 fixes audio issue in Teams, audio in Zoom meetings are fine.

Hi all,

We have the same issue with Google Meet. When simultaneously people in meeting room with Zoom Room and online are talking, online participants can't hear meeting room participants.

Is it any repository with older versions of Zoom Rooms for Mac?
