I have two accounts in the Zoom Community. I signed out my first account, but when I tried to sign in my second account, it opens the page to my first account. I tried opening another tab, but it’s the same result. How can I sign in my second account after going in the first?

    Hey @_ZoomUser_ do you mind sharing the method (facebook, google, zoom credentials, SSO, etc.) as to how you sign in to your Zoom account at https://zoom.us/signin ? Do you save your credentials or auto-sign in? I ask that because you can automatically sign in to any sites and apps where you have saved your credentials using "Auto sign-in" with Chrome, suggest disabling it. 

     

    2. Try to sign out of both your Zoom web portal account and your Community account.

     

      

    3. You can try to clear your cache/cookies as well for the browser and try to re-sign in. 

    4. As a workaround, you can always use an incognito mode window as well.
