Workspace Pro account suspended by Zoom. Appeals denied by Zoom without evidence to support the case.
I wonder if anyone else has encountered this issue.
Zoom permanently suspended my Workspace Pro account, saying that I had violated some community guideline. I appealed twice to ask for specific incidences of violation. My appeals were denied without any explanation. Looks like Zoom messed up their internal record, is unable to provide any evidence of violation, and is not accountable for their mistake. Through an appeal I also asked for a refund since the suspension came just 2 days after my monthly payment. In other words, I received just 2 days of service after paying for a whole month, not due to any fault of on my end. No response from Zoom about the billing aspect, either.
Because of account suspension, I cannot log into my account to receive actual help from the virtual agent or receive support through the phone. I have been a responsible subscriber for over 2 years and find the customer service really terrible.
