Welcome to Zoom community! We’re glad to have you here! If you’re not seeing Virtual Background in Zoom, no worries! A few quick things you can try:

1. Make sure Zoom is updated
Open the Zoom desktop app, check for any updates, and restart Zoom afterward.

2. Check your settings
Go to Settings → Backgrounds & Filters and see if the option is there. If Zoom asks you to download the Smart Virtual Background package, just click Download.

3. Try it from inside a meeting
Once you’re in a meeting, click the ^ next to Video → Video & effect settings → Virtual backgrounds. You should be able to choose or add your background there.

4. Using Zoom in your browser?
Look for Choose Background in the video controls. If you don’t see an option to add an image, it could be a setting that your Zoom admin needs to turn on.
