Teams meeting freezes on Logitech Rallybar when Zoom is the primary Service Provider

When hosting a Microsoft Teams meeting, where Zoom is the primary provider, I encounter an issue with the camera freezing.

Attempting to adjust the camera settings via the TAP IP also freezes. I've ensured that the firmware is up to date and that both the TAP IP and Rallybar are on the same VLAN.

Interestingly, I've tested a Teams meeting in another room and encountered the same freezing problem.

The Logitech support team mentioned they've received calls regarding this issue, and Zoom support has resolved it for Logitech customers. Unfortunately, they are unaware of the specific setting changes made on the Zoom side.

Did you ever figure this out? I'm having the same issue. Only Teams, Zoom works fine..
