 Hello, Can you clear your cache and then make sure that you are logging in to the correct Zoom account. Go to zoom.us/signin please. 

When you are sure that you are signed in with the correct email address and credentials, go to your profile tab on the top left hand side > over to the right in the pane window is an edit button > click edit and you can change your profile name and picture by editing your account information.

If you are joining meetings in on an Apple device, Zoom is going to use the IOS profile from the device. You will need to log out and back in using your account credentials
